The Joan Gamper Trophy is an annual competition hosted by Barcelona, named in honour of the club’s founder, Joan Gamper.

Barcelona faced Como 1907 in the Joan Gamper Trophy.

Barcelona unveiled the new kit and new signings before the game.

The game was a strong domination from the blaugranas, with a goal from Raphinha and brace from Fermin and Lamine Yamal who donned his new number.

The Italian visitors made a strong start with quick aggression, but Barcelona’s defence forced multiple offsides.

The first goal was from Fermin Lopez in the 21st minute. 

Barcelona were now in the lead.

Fermin soon netted his second of the night in the 31st minute.

Not long after Barcelona were up 3 – 0 after a wonderful goal from Raphinha.

Minutes before the half time whistle, Yamal netted what was Barcelona’s 4th goal.

Barcelona went in at half time with a 4 goal lead.

Barcelona didn’t stop right there minutes after the start of the 2nd half Yamal scored his second and handed Barcelona a guaranteed victory.

Sergi Roberto, a Barça legend was eventually substituted off for Fàbregas, receiving a standing ovation from the home fans for all his contributions as a Barça player.

Barça were crowned The Champions of the Joan Gamper Trophy.
