FC Goa vs Inter Kashi was the 2nd fixture of the 12th edition of the Indian Super League.

It was Inter Kashi’s first ISL match after they were recently promoted, post winning the I League.

The game had an energetic start, with both teams trying to find the net.
Inter Kashi’s Alfred Planas tested FC Goa’s keeper Hrithik Tiwari, while Brison forced a save from the Spanish keeper.

Inter Kashi played a threatening game, especially from set pieces. They looked calm and composed. The home side gradually gained momentum.

Just when the game appeared to be goalless at halftime, the visitors struck the net.
Prasanth chipped the ball over the keeper after a perfectly timed run putting them ahead just seconds before half time.

Goa looked distraught after that goal and needed to pull the trigger.

The second half looked much more thrilling after Goa gained their much needed composure and confidence.

The visitors backline was stretched far more times than they thought with Nemil and Brison continuously trying to attack.

This is where there’s a plot twist….

There was a foul on Nemil which resulted in a penalty.

That’s not all, this is where it gets crazy
The keeper literally sat on the FC Goa player.
Resulting in the Inter Kashi goalkeeper getting sent off.

Drazić steps up and converts the penalty past the substitute goalkeeper equalling the goal in the 84th minute.

FC Goa were forced to share points after a very strong performance from the newly joined Inter Kashi

Fcgoa will face Mohammedan SC away from home on the 20th of February.

Inter Kashi faces Odisha away from home on the 24th of February.
