Hyderabad’s late equaliser split points between the 2 sides.
The first half started with High Hopes and great intensity as both teams fought for the 3 points.
FC Goa looked more threatening early on, keeping Hyderabad on their toes with a series of attacking moves. Despite their pressure, both sides struggled to convert their chances, with neither able to break the deadlock in the first half.
FC Goa came into this match with a strong defensive record, having kept a clean sheet in their last three encounters against Hyderabad.

The second half was very dramatic.

Hyderabad FC kept pushing for the equaliser.
The game reached equal grounds as Saji saw his second yellow card of the night reducing Hyderabad’s squad also to 10 men.

FCGoa started playing defensive losing momentum in their attack. This cost them their lead as Allan Paulista pulled a clutch move as he fired a late equaliser to seal the draw denying Goa the 3 points at the Fatorda stadium.
Despite the late drama, FC Goa remained in 3rd place on the points table after the game, while Hyderabad FC fought hard to salvage a crucial point.
The draw leaves both teams with mixed feelings, but it was a well-fought encounter that showcased the intensity of the Indian Super League.
